Su Zhen and Ding Yi's team are in the finals of the cooking contest. The judge happens to be Su Zhen's elementary school friend, Niu Zi Jian. Later, Ding Yi hears from Ya Ping about Xia Ran's pregnancy. Shocked and worried, he informs Su Zhen. Xia Ran is summoned home to explain the situation.
