The chemistry between the characters was lacking in this show. While the actor playing Seiryo did a better job of portraying the falling-in-love aspect, his age was a bit of a distraction. He looked more like a 40-year-old than a high schooler, which made it hard to believe him in a school uniform and using terms like "senpai." The actor playing Shino looked younger, but it was still difficult to imagine him in a uniform or falling for Seiryo. Perhaps a reboot with more age-appropriate actors would be a wise choice. And let's talk about those kissing scenes they were just awkward. Overall, this show could use some improvements.

these kind of movies R normally a lil' slow, well sweet but slow. so just tuRned it on afteR a long tiRed day foR a good nap & guess wht. it happened to be a slow one..(thought i'll be black out haRdly in 15 mints.) ''DEMO'' i ended up finishing not only this one but also it's sequel, back to back in a Row & my haRdly 15 mints. eventually tuRned out to be 3 AM in the moRning ...
i think i'm kinda keen on to this genRe & it's one of my favoRites .. loved the leads .. diRections n specially those lil' mind talks

A great romance movie. I don't seek out BL stories, but will watch them if they appeal to me on the same ground as any other romance. This one has a great rom-com setup with the two leads: One guy has a rough personality at odds with his angelic face which leads to him being very disillusioned with physical attraction after constantly being rejected for who he really is (as opposed to his looks). The other guy is so desperate to love someone and be truly loved in return that he is willing to give it a try with...well anyone who asks. The setup leads to a lovely and believable story of two people finally finding acceptance and love. The problems they deal with in this and the second part (Friday-Sunday), are born from their different interpretations of how their relationship started and their own insecurities.

The acting is nicely done and the cinematography is good with some really nice visuals.
